Roamera is a curated directory of coliving and hostels for digital nomads and remote workers. We provide informational listings to help you discover and research spaces. We are not a booking platform and we do not facilitate reservations or payments between you and any property.
Roamera acts solely as an information intermediary. We curate and present listing information to help you discover coliving and hostels. We are not a party to any transaction, reservation, or agreement between you and a property. Any booking, payment, or arrangement you make with an operator is entirely between you and that operator. Roamera accepts no liability in connection with such arrangements.
Listing information on Roamera, including property names, addresses, photos, ratings, descriptions, and pricing, is compiled from publicly available sources, including Google Places and operator websites. Listings are not submitted by operators and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or verification by the listed property.
We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any information is current, complete, or error-free. Prices, availability, and amenities change frequently. You should always verify details directly with the property before making any travel or accommodation decision.
Roamera is not responsible for any loss, expense, or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete listing information.
If you are the owner or manager of a listed property and wish to update, correct, or remove your listing, please contact us at hello@roamera.co. We will review and action your request promptly. Submitting a correction request does not create any commercial relationship or obligation between you and Roamera.
Roamera does not process bookings, payments, or reservations. Any transaction you enter into with a coliving or hostel operator is solely between you and that operator. We are not a party to any such agreement and accept no liability in connection with it.
Roamera does not currently use affiliate links and does not receive compensation for referrals to any third-party property or platform. If affiliate relationships are introduced in the future, they will be clearly disclosed on any affected page in accordance with applicable FTC guidelines.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and booking platforms. We have no control over the content, policies, or practices of these sites and are not responsible for them. Following a link to another site is at your own risk.

The content on Roamera, including copy, design, and curation, is owned by or licensed to Roamera. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission. Listing content, including names, photos, and descriptions, remains the property of the respective operators or data sources.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roamera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing information, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
