About This Space

Our masseria was built in 1917 by Luigi, the father of Francesco's grandmother, and stayed in the family for generations. Francesco grew up in Putignano, studied in Milan, and worked in innovation before coming home to turn the family farmhouse into a coliving; he runs it with Sabrina, who moved from San Juan, Argentina. Nonna Olga, Francesco's grandmother, is still part of daily life here, sharing traditional recipes and gardening know-how, so we've kept the warmth of an Italian grandmother's house while opening it up to travelers who love good food and slow travel.

What This Place Offers

The Community 🤙

We live communally here in a historic farmhouse in the Puglia countryside, sharing the experience with fellow digital nomads who are embracing a slower rural lifestyle. We come together for shared dinners and meals during the week, and we hold a community meeting every Monday to stay connected. A community facilitator and local host help us settle in, organize workshops and weekend activities, and run cooking classes. Many of us also borrow the bikes to explore the surroundings or head to the beach to relax on a free weekend.

Coworking Space 💻

We have two dedicated coworking rooms that can host all of us colivers at once, with fast Wi-Fi throughout the whole facility. Most of us split our days between focused work in the coworking spaces and downtime around the farmhouse and shared kitchen. The setup makes it easy to keep a routine while still being part of the community. It is a calm, rural environment that suits remote workers and freelancers looking to balance work and the local pace of life.

Location

We're a small rural coliving in a restored Puglian masseria surrounded by wheat fields, olive trees, and dry stone walls, hosting up to about ten people across five bedrooms. We share a furnished kitchen and dining room, a living room with a pool table and board games, two coworking and meeting rooms, and a DIY workshop, with plenty of outdoor space all around. We gather for community dinners and run workshops, cooking classes, and weekend activities, and we'll help with local transport and introductions.
